OFI has released 50 vacancies for the current recruitment cycle. The post-wise vacancy details are given in the table below. Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for the specific post before applying.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil the post-wise eligibility criteria as notified by OFI. The table below lists the age limit and minimum qualification required for each post. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST, OBC ,EWS,PH/PwD and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Government of India norms.

Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive the following salary / pay scale as per the 7th Pay Commission or organisation pay rules. In addition to basic pay, HRA, DA and other allowances are payable as per government norms.

Selection Process
The selection for OFI Recruitment 2026 will be done through the following stages. Candidates must qualify each round to be considered for the next stage.
How to Apply
Step 2: Read the official notification carefully before filling out the application form.
Step 3: Fill in all required details carefully including personal, educational and experience information.
Step 4: Attach self-attested Photocopies of required documents, photgraph and signature (If applicable).
Step 5: Put the completed application form and documents in an envelope as instructed in the notification.
Step 6: Send the application form to the official address mentioned in the notification before the last date at the following address Ordnance Factory Itarsi - 461122 (M.P).
Step 7: Keep a photocopy of the application form and postal/Courier receipt for future reference.
