Education Qualification Criteria
Librarian
Master Degree in Library Science/information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
Minimum 10 year as librarian at any level in university library or ten years of teaching as Assistant/Associate Professor in library Science.
Deputy Librarian
Master Degree in Library Science/information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
08 years of experience as an Assistant in University Librarian/College Librarian.
Internal Audit Officer
Officer belonging to Audit and Accounts Services or other similar organized Account service in central/state govt. holding analogous post on regular basis.
OR
03 Years regular service in Level-11 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts in any Govt. Department/Autonomous Bodies.
Assistant Registrar
Master Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
Security Officer
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 05 years of experience in Police/Para-Military forces/Armed Forces of the Union and should held a post not below the rank of below Naib Subedar/Sub-Inspector or equivalent position.
Private Secretary
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
Minimum 03 years experience as Personal Assistant or 05 years as Stenographer in a University/Research establishment/Central/State Govt.
Estate Officer
BE/BTech in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 05 years experience in Civil,Construction,Supervision and Maintenance of Buildings,Roads, water supply ans sewage.
Section Officer
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
03 years experience as Assistant in the level 06 or 08 years as UDC in Level 4 .
Nursing Officer
B.Sc Nursing from a recognized University/Institution.
Registered as Nurse in the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council.
Personal Assistant
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
Proficiency in Stenography in English or Hindi with minimum speed of 100wpm.
Proficiency in Typing in English or Hindi with Minimum 35/30 wpm.
Assistant
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
03 years experience as UDC or equivalent.
Upper Division Clerk
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
02 years experience as LDC or equivalent post.
Laboratory Assistant
Bachelor’s degree in Science/Technology with minimum 02 years of working and maintenance experiences of sophisticated scientific instruments in the Laboratory.
Lower Division Clerk
12th or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University.
Proficiency in English and Hindi Typing respectively 35/30 wpm.
Cook
10th class from a recognized School Board.
02 years experience in cooking/catering services in educational institutions/guest house, hotels, restaurants etc.
ITI Trade certificate in Bakery and Confectionery.
Driver
10th class from a recognized School Board.
Valid Commercial Driving Licence for Light/Medium/Heavy Vehicles.
Knowledge of motor mechanism.
03 years in driving motor vehicles.

10th class from a recognized School Board.
