Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil the post-wise eligibility criteria as notified by UPCAR. The table below lists the age limit and minimum qualification required for each post. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST, OBC ,EWS,PH/PwD and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Government of India norms.

| Private Secretary to the Director | 21-40 Year | Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized University/Institution. And Hindi and English shorthand with typing speed of at least 25/30 words per minute. |
| Stenographer | 21-40 Year | 10+2 with Hindi shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 25 words per minute. Along with a CCC certificate conducted by (DOEACC) society or successful completion of a computer course conducted by the Board of Secondary Education. |

Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive the following salary / pay scale as per the 7th Pay Commission or organisation pay rules. In addition to basic pay, HRA, DA and other allowances are payable as per government norms.
